Accessibility Statement

tacticx Development GmbH is committed to making the Algovex platform accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continuously work to improve the experience.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the EU Accessibility Act.

Algovex is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: parts of the platform already follow the standard, while others are still being reviewed and improved. We are working toward full conformance and will update this statement as we make progress.

Some highly visual, interactive features, in particular the strategy editor canvas and certain order-flow charts (heatmaps, footprint, depth), are inherently graphical and may not yet be fully usable with assistive technology. Where a core task depends on such a feature, please contact us and we will help you complete it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent market-surveillance authority for accessibility under the BFSG. We will provide the relevant authority details on request and update them here once finalized.
