Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (tacticx Development GmbH, contact details in the Imprint) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Algovex is a digital service with immediate access. Two cases apply:

• Marketplace items (one-time digital content): when you buy a strategy or other item and consent to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the item has been fully supplied. Delivered marketplace items are therefore not refundable.
• Subscriptions (ongoing service): when you start a paid plan, expressly consent to immediate performance, and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, your withdrawal right lapses accordingly. Subscriptions are therefore not refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A permanently accessible cancellation option is provided in line with §312k BGB.

Because you consent to immediate access at checkout, subscriptions and delivered digital items are not refundable, except where mandatory law strictly requires it. Where a refund is legally required, eligible amounts are returned using the original payment method, typically within 14 days. For any refund question, contact us via the contact page.
