Fibonacci retracement

Also known as: fib, fibonacci levels

Fibonacci retracement uses horizontal levels at key ratios (notably 38.2%, 50% and 61.8%) of a prior move to anticipate where a pullback may end.

Drawn between a swing low and swing high, the levels mark potential support/resistance where price often reacts before resuming the trend. The 61.8% 'golden ratio' is the most watched. They are frequently combined with structure and order blocks.
