Algovex turns trading ideas into deterministic, reproducible strategy code through a visual node editor, a rule-based Simple Editor, a backtesting engine, and multi-language code export. This is the technical reference for how it all works.
How Algovex works
Four building blocks take a strategy from idea to runnable code. Each is designed around one principle: the same logic must be reproducible everywhere . What you backtest is what you export.
Code generation
A multi-step engine turns your node graph into production code in four targets: Pine Script, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a portable JSON export.
Deterministic execution
The compiled strategy logic drives both the backtester and the exported code, so a given input always produces the same signals, with no hidden randomness between what you test and what you run.
Security & privacy
Your own data-provider API keys are stored in an encrypted vault (AES-256-GCM), all traffic is TLS-encrypted, and access is enforced server-side. The marketplace (coming soon) is designed to ship only compiled output, never your source logic.
Visual & Simple Editor
Build a strategy without code: wire nodes on a canvas in the Visual Editor, or write the same logic as when / and / then rules in the Simple Editor. Both stay in sync, and you see every node before running anything.

How we protect your keys, data & strategies
Algovex is built so your strategies and credentials stay yours. You bring your own data-provider API keys; we encrypt them at rest and never expose them back to the client. Access to every resource is enforced server-side. When the marketplace opens (coming soon), buyers will receive only compiled output, never your original node graph.
