Tutorials are interactive walkthroughs you can start whenever you like from the Tutorials hub. Each one highlights the relevant parts of the real page as it guides you, so you learn the product where you actually use it. While a tutorial is active, some pages switch to a safe sample-data mode so you can follow along without affecting your account.
