Billing & Tokens

AI tokens pay for code exports (10 tokens per export) and for converting tokens into extra chart extractions. You draw from two sources: your monthly plan allowance, which resets each month (Free 250, Pro 6,000 tokens), plus any purchased tokens, which never expire. When you spend, the plan allowance is used first, then your purchased tokens.

Tokens are reserved when a run starts and automatically refunded if the run fails. If your balance is too low for an action, that action is blocked with a clear message before anything is charged.

Chart extractions have their own separate monthly quota (Free 5, Pro unlimited). If you need more on Free, you can convert AI tokens into extra extractions at a rate of 10 tokens for 1 extraction.

You can top up your purchased-token balance through secure Stripe checkout. Four packages are available, and each purchase is credited to your balance exactly once.

The Wallet brings your balance, usage and billing together in one place, organised into tabs.

Your plan is managed under Settings, in the Billing tab. You can subscribe, upgrade or downgrade through Stripe. Upgrades apply immediately with proration. You manage your plan, payment method and invoices in the Stripe Customer Portal, and you can cancel anytime, with access continuing until the end of the paid period. Getting immediate access requires acknowledging a withdrawal waiver.
